Chocolate Brownie Recipe – Step by Step
Beat the butter and sugar in a big bowl and keep aside. Sift maida in another big bowl and mix in cocoa powder in it. Add Baking Powder and mix it very well.
Gradually add warm milk with continuous mixing.Mix all the ingredients very well, so that there should not be any lumps in it, otherwise brownie will not come out smooth and soft. You can use electric mixer for making the brownie batter. Taste the batter and adjust with Powder Sugar accordingly.Grease the baking pan with some butter and Pour the prepared brownie batter in a round or any shaped baking pan, scraping every bit out of the bowl with the spatula.
Preheat the oven and bake it for about 25-30 minutes, till the top of brownie becomes crusty with a slight wobble underneath. Check by inserting the knife or fork, your brownie is ready if the inserted knife comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely in baking pan and then lift out the brownie slowly from the baking pan and cut into quarters, squares or triangles just before serving.
