Prawn Mango Salad Recipe

A healthy combination of Prawn and mango, just turned into a delicious salad dish of Prawn Mango Salad.Prawn Mango salad

  • 3 cups prawns (cooked and devined)
  • 1-1/2 cup mango (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup Melon cubes
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Few mint leaves chopped

How to make Prawn Mango Salad:

  1. Take a big bowl and combine all the ingredients very well.
  2. Taste the salad and then adjust with salt and pepper as per your choice.
  3. Toss the salad very well and garnish with some chopped mint leaves.
  4. Refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled.
