Avocado Salad Recipe

Avocado Salad is the blend of healthy ingredients such as avocado, cucumber, onion, capsicum and many more. This is a multivitamin healthy salad recipe, which must be added in everyday meal menu. You can add the dressing of your choice to make it more flavorful.avocado salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 big avocado thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber slitted
  • 1 onion rings
  • 1 capsicum rings
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

How to make Avocado Salad:

  1. Combine the slices and rings of vegetables and avocado in a big bowl.
  2. Toss with the salt.
  3. Stir with tomato ketchup, lemon juice, honey and olive oil.
  4. Mix well and add black pepper.
  5. Cover the bowl with the foil paper and refrigerate the salad.
  6. Serve chilled.

Chef Tips:

  1. At the time of serving this healthy salad, you may garnish it with some slices of avocado and mint leaves.
  2. You can mix baby corns, tomatoes and your favorite healthy veggies in this salad.
  3. For giving a chatpata taste, you mad sprinkle some chaat masala powder.
