This light weight wrap is made with whole wheat flour (Atta) only, which is called as Indian Chapati or Roti and Aloo Tikki is made with Boiled Potatoes and Spices, finally wrap is topped with several flavorful and healthy vegetables.

Aloo Tikki Wrap

‘Aloo’ is the hindi word of Potatoes and you can make several tasty dishes from it. In this Aloo Tikki Wrap, the Patty/ Tikki/ Cutlet or Croquette is made with the mixture of freshly boiled potatoes. Wrap is a kind of sandwich made with soft flatbread (example roti, tortilla) rolled around a filling and usually contains sauces or dressings.  In this recipe, I have used leftover roti’s but you can also use fresh rotis.  I think it tastes better with leftover rotis because they become dry after some time which makes this wrap little crunchy. You can also use wrap made with all-purpose flour (maida) or ready made tortilla’s or roti’s available in your local market.
