STORAGE:

  1. Baking powder should be stored in air tight container.
  2. It must be kept at cool and dry place.
  3. It should be away form the excessive moisture and heat, as can get effected very soon.
  4. It should be used fresh and for checking its freshness, you can mix a tsp of baking powder in the hot water, if it frizzes then it means it is active, fresh and eligible to use.
