Stir Fry Cabbage is a healthy and nutritional Salad Dish, cooked with shredded cabbage, mustard seeds and green chillies. It is extremely tasty and healthy salad option to eat with everyday meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 big cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 green chillies thinly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Stir Fry Cabbage:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, mustard and cumin seeds.
  2. Allow the seeds to splutter and then add shredded cabbage, salt and green chillies.
  3. Toss frequently and cook on high flame just for a few seconds.

  2. You can add boiled green peas and carrot for making it more flavorful.
