Ingredients required for making Masala Omelette Recipe

Mix Onion, tomato, Green Chilli, Coriander, Capsicum and Eggs in the bowl

Add Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds Masala, Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder and Mix them well

Medium heat the pan and pour 1/2 tablespoon oil. Pour the egg mixture on hot pan in center and spread it out as much as you can.

Let it cook on slow heat for some time till it looks little cooked from top

Masala Omelette Recipe

Masala Omelette Recipe is the Omelette made in Indian Style. This omelette contains onion, tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 big onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Fine chop onions, tomato, green chillies and coriander powder. Take a bowl and put all ingredients in it. Break two eggs and pour them in bowl, mix all the ingredients. Now add 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt to taste and whisk the mixture properly. Add chopped coriander in the end and whisk some more.
  2. Take a pan, heat it for few minutes till its little hot, add 1/2 tablespoon oil and pour the egg mixture int he center and slowly scatter it around on the pan.
  3. Cook your omelette for few minutes on low heat till it looks little cooked / solid from top. Now flip the omelette slowly and cook it for few more minutes. Your omelette is now ready.

Notes

You may increase red chilli powder and garam masala powder if you like your omelette to be more spicy. You may cover the pan with lid so that Omelette can cook from top as well at the same time. This will help you in flipping omelette and it won't break.
