Preparation time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • Sufficient amount of water to dip the eggs
  • A big vessel with its lid (cover)
  • Ice Chilled water

How to make Boiled Eggs:

  1. Place all the eggs one by one in a big vessel and pour normal tap water over the eggs.
  2. Make sure that eggs are fully covered appx. by 1 inch in the water.
  3. Higher the flame for first 5-6 minutes.
  4. Bring the water to many boils and then simmer the flame.
  5. Cover the vessel with its lid.
  6. Leave for 5 more minutes.
  7. Remove the boiled eggs from the flame and leave them to sit for about 20 minutes.
  8. Now transfer the eggs in ice chilled water and dip them for about 2-3 minutes.
  9. Use as per your requirement.

Chef Tips:

  1. It is very important that water for boiling the eggs must be in generous amount, hence big vessel should be used.
  2. Higher and lowering flame as per the time is important to boil the eggs properly from the inside and outside.
