This Sindhi Pakwan Recipe can be even enjoyed plain with some masala chai or ginger chai, it means, it can be your Tea Time Snack as well. You can keep them in an air-tight container, because it remains crisp for long time. Some people even carry these pakwan in their long journeys and travelings, such as on holidays and picnics, etc.
Actually this pakwan is served with dal and because it is deep fried, it becomes extremely heavy, hence I prefer to making it for lunch. Yesterday I have posted Sindhi Dal Recipe, which is generally served with this pakwan. So try it at least once at your home and please let me know your comments about it.
