Angoor Sharbat

Angoor Sharbat is a chilling grape drink, contains the unique flavors of cinnamon, honey and cloves. This sharbat can be considered as a mocktail or juice, that refreshes your mind and body.Angoor Sharbat

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr fresh Grape Juice (Angoor Ka Raas)
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom seeds
  • 4-5 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups sparkling water (soda)
  • 3/4 x 2-inch piece orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp black salt

How to make Angoor Sharbat:

  1. Tie the orange zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of cheese/muslin cloth.
  2. Place the juice and honey in a large stainless steel pan and bring to near the boiling point over moderate heat.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the prepared spice bag and cinnamon stick.
  4. Cover and set aside until the juice has cooled to tepid.
  5. Remove the spice bag and cinnamon stick and chill.
  6. Add the water as per your requirement.
  7. Delicious grape drink is ready to serve.
