Mango Lassi Recipe

Mango Lassi is the smooth blend of mangoes, yogurt, sugar and cardamoms. It is a delicious lassi option to chill, specially in this summer season.

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 cups fresh yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Mango Lassi:

  1. Peel the mangoes, remove out the big stone and cut into big chunks.
  2. Combine the yogurt, sugar, salt and chunks of mangoes.
  3. Blend to make a smooth lassi.
  4. Add water as per your requirement and blend again.
  5. Pour the lassi in the serving glasses and sprinkle some elaichi powder.
  6. Garnish with fresh cream and keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
  7. Serve chilled.

Chef Tips:

  1. Adjust the liquid of lassi as per your requirement by adding water.
  2. For immediate serving, add few ice-cubes of ice and then serve.
